RETURN POLICY

Return & Exchange Policy – Trihard Merchandise

At Trihard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of the same value if the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong size/color was sent.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
